Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from this website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of your order. The physical address where we will deliver for confirmation will also be included in the email.

As soon as you place an order with us, you are:

• Offering to buy a product and / or service;
• Testifiying that you are at least 18 years old;
• Confirming that all the information that you provide us in relation to the order is true and correct and,
  
• Confirming that you are a user of the authorized form of payment provided.

Please note that if you do not have this necessary documentation, the purchase cannot be delivered. Additionally note that shipping dates, delivery times, and deadlines for the refund process are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Products will be held by Kindly Shop until full payment has been made and received by Kindly Shop. If for any reason we cancel your order, we will notify you by contacting you via the contact information you have provided to us when placing your order.

If the payment method has already been charged for an order that is then modified or canceled, Kindly Shop will refund the incorrect price amount back to your original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Transaction methods
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted. Prices are all in American Dollars.

Shipment policy

Shipments will be dispatched Monday to Friday in an estimated time of 24 to 48 hours depending on the availability of the product. For orders that come in after noon, time will start running the next business day.

If the product is in special remote areas of Panama (e.g., Colon), estimated additional days will be determined in the delivery time.

Orders for the interior of the Republic of Panama will be sent by third party transport companies and must be quoted and canceled before dispatch to the client.

The merchandise purchased by the client will be delivered to the address you have specified, if the delivery area is not within our routes you will be contacted to pick up the product at our store in Casco Viejo, or if you wish you can request to cancel the transaction.

For security reasons, Kindly Shop reserves the right to not do deliveries in certain destinations.

Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 a.m. At 5:00 p.m. It is the client's responsibility to confirm in writing and ensure that the building or condominium where the delivery will be made, does not have any type of restriction that may impede or affect the delivery according to our schedule.

Kindly Shop (or any of its Managers, Sellers or Collaborators) DOES NOT undertake to deliver at a specific time on the day scheduled for the delivery.

Kindly Shop will deliver to the agreed address, only in accessible places. None of Kindly Shop collaborators or home delivery representatives will make agreements to move to a different location.

Kindly Shop does NOT deliver the merchandise in places within the client's residence, premises or office.

Kindly Shop is not responsible for valuable objects found in the access or delivery area, which hinder the free movement of our staff.

The dispatch of the products is subject to availability of the merchandise. If at the time of purchase there is no inventory to fulfill your order, there will be no charge and the purchase will be canceled.
