Born in Colombia, Bohíoplaya is the feeling of the Caribbean brought to fashion. With every purchase comes a positive impact on a small scale. Our structure allows for fair conditions of employment, low environmental impact, production by hand of high fashion and unique designs not created in mass to provide exclusivity to our customers. Our slogan "Hecho A Lo Abuelita" symbolizes that each piece is hand sewn by grandmothers in Colombia who have years of experience and passion for fashion.
Our "Salvando Mares" line consists of t-shirts made with PET bottles taken from the sea. The beauty of these these shirts is that their colors contain natural pigments from the bottles that were once garbage.
For each shirt you purchase, you are saving and ceasing to pollute: 20,000 W of energy, 90 grams of pollution, 2,025 grams of CO2 emissions, 2,500 liters of water, 0.5 meters of textile waste and 5 plastic bottles.
